| Making A Purchase | NOTICE:
We do not sell weapons to any person under the age of 18, certain items will only be sold to qualified or licensed individuals, if in doubt please enquire prior to purchasing.
We recommend all Martial Arts training weapons must be used under strict supervision of an instructor or a qualified individual, club or organisation to prevent injury. If purchases of weapons are made on behalf of persons under 18 years old the purchasing adult takes full and complete responsibility for the provision of correct tuition and training to avoid injury - we recommend that Minors are never left unattended whilst engaged in Martial Arts Weapon practice.
If you are making a purchase from outside of the United Kingdom please ensure that you are legally allowed to buy and import the goods, some countries impose additional charges on certain kinds of goods at the time of import, this is not payable by us - payment is the responsibility of the purchaser, some countries simply do not allow import of certain goods, it is your responsibility to check !
We cannot be held responsible for any charges that you, the purchaser, incur once the goods have been despatched by Wushu Direct.
Making a purchase from Wushu Direct is very simple.
To order just browse our Catalogue, and click on the 'Add to Order' button for any items that you wish to buy, these will be put into a shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Order' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept online credit and debit card payment including Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK including North America place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
If you select any order method other than the Secure Online Credit Card payment method via Paypoint (formerly SECPay) then you will need to forward your remittance or card details to Wushu Direct prior to your order being despatched, please make all cheques / postal orders payable to Kungfusupply and forward to the address given at the foot of your online invoice including a copy of the invoice for our reference or quoting the invoice number from the top of the invoice on the reverse of the cheque.
All items remain the property of Wushu Direct until those items are shipped.
Wushu Direct reserve the right to cancel or amend any order without any notice to the purchaser prior to shipment of the purchased items.
Backordered items are possibly not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, mail or e-mail over the Internet. For security purposes we recemmend you break the messge into more than one mail.
Please note that actual products may vary from the illustrations given on the Wushu Direct website.
Wushu Direct retain the right to replace a specific branded product with an equivalent item of another brand, equivalent meaning in price and quality. In the case that an equivalent item in unavailable we will contact the purchaser and make alternative arrangements.

On this website shipping is calculated by the weight and length of items that you purchase, each item has had a shipping weight allocated to it and the combined value of all of the items in your order are compared with your delivery address and a shipping charge is calculated.
It is important that you select the correct shipping band for your location or prefered delivery type:
UK Mainland Standard Courier is a standard service from the Post Office/Parcel Force and on average takes between 2 and 5 days for goods to be delivered from the time of despatch.
Please note though that while most items are delivered in 2 to 3 days, delivery can take up to 10 days.

We feel that this is the fairest way of charging shipping because all of the savings are passed onto you, the customer. Beware of competitor sites offering 'FREE SHIPPING' - in our experience there is no such thing as a free lunch - you will find that the initial price of the product has probably been increased to accommodate a shipping charge so by the time you have ordered a number of items you are actually paying too much for your shipping.
Depending on the items that your order contains we may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and date to ensure that someone is present to accept delivery and to sign for any goods delivered, this is especially applicable for goods such as Wooden Dummy's or Long Training Weapons etc....
We strive to keep the shipping charges current and are altered as soon as we receive notification of change from our courier.
Our website uses an intelligent shipping calculation engine so that if your order exceeds 10kg in weight the order is split into multiple packages and the shipping is re-calculated to save you money, especially on European or International orders.
We do not charge a handling fee on any of our goods or services.

| Delivery Schedule | We endeavor to deliver your order right away but due to a number of our goods being directly imported there may be a delay, if this is the case we will contact you and advise accordingly.
For UK delivery we will normally despatch your order to you within 2 to 3 working days, from then it depends on your local UK hub - we generally find that most deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch.
European Delivery generally takes from 3 to 8 working days.
International orders are generally received in less than 12 days.

If the purchaser returns goods for refund the return carriage charges are always the responsibility of the sender unless the goods were sent in error, the goods are damaged or defective- no refund or credit will be provided by Wushu Direct for any expenses incurred in the return of goods..

| Returns Policy | At Wushu Direct we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 7 day returns guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase just send it back but be sure to include a note of your order no and a refund request,
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD and audio products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase please contact us on 07946 806756 or sales@wushudirect.co.uk within 7 days and tell us you no longer want it. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us enclosing your order details.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, the item is damaged, or the item is defective.
Goods that are delivered damaged must be notified to us in time for us to claim on the courier by the end of the next working day
